Melissa has experience with myofascial release techniques, scar tissue release, joint replacement pre and post operation, whiplash and neck and jaw injuries, scoliosis, hip dysplasia, carpal tunnel, tennis and golfers elbow, tendonitis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, vertebral disk herniation in acute and chronic stages, arthritis both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, degenerative disk disease, has experience treating clients from ages 6-85, women during pregnancy and more. Melissa has experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression and trauma held in the physical body and practices an inclusive view of healing the physical, mental and spiritual body .

EXPERIENCE
Chanel has training in Swedish massage, myofascial release, structural therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, sports massage pre/post event, trigger point work, scar tissue release, remedial exercises, stretching including PNF/manual and active assisted, hot and cold stone massage and is currently finishing her cupping certification. She has learned about many different dysfunctions and has learned treatments and techniques to help each individually. She has experience in treating postural imbalances, acute/chronic low back pain, osteoarthritis and TMJ.
Chanel is excited to gain more experience and further her knowledge to help provide better care for every client. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling better than when they came in. She likes to start each session with the plan for the treatment along with assessment of injuries if needed.

Born and raised in Winnipeg Megan traveled after graduating High School and lived in different places around Canada. She attended college for counselling and youth worker and continued working in the mental health field for over 10 years.
She is now a mother to two beautiful children and after the birth of her first child she began her journey into spiritual healing. When she began to work with Inner Child workshops and teachings she began to discover the root cause of everyday issues and began a self-healing journey. This year she became certified in ThetaHealing® and is excited to begin to share her healing gifts with others.

EXPERIENCE
After completing her Masters in physiotherapy in 2019 Carlene has been working to heal the physical body with clients around Winnipeg. After receiving a Reiki treatment she quickly realized the importance of not only healing the physical body but also the spiritual body for optimal health. She felt called to expand her view of health and in 2021 became certified in level one and two Reiki training and she is excited to dive into a holistic view of healing by utilizing the powerful healing energy of Reiki.

EXPERIENCE
Karleen graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2016 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. Karleen has experience in fitness and rehab settings, which lead her to pursue Osteopathy. As a current student of Osteopathy, Karleen has completed additional training in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. Karleen's care focuses on light touch therapy to release restrictions in the fascia, balance the body, and treat the intracranial and intraspinal membranes. Her scope of practice includes assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system and viscera. She focuses on a whole body approach to health and wellness.
