Melissa graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2016. Completing over 2000 practice hours as well as courses such as anatomy, physiology, assessment, joint mobilization, sports injury, myofascial release, thermo-therapy, and more.
Since graduation Melissa has completed a course for cupping and is a level 2 reiki practitioner.
Melissa has experience with myofascial release techniques, scar tissue release, joint replacement pre and post operation, whiplash and neck and jaw injuries, scoliosis, hip dysplasia, carpal tunnel, tennis and golfers elbow, tendonitis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, vertebral disk herniation in acute and chronic stages, arthritis both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries, plantar fasciitis and more.
After graduation Melissa worked in a chiropractors office in Transcona before leaving to start her own practice sharing space with a CrossFit gym.
Two years later the business has grown and expanded into the clinic we have today.
Holly graduated from Robertson College with 2300 practice hours, completing such courses as anatomy, physiology, assessment soft tissue release, joint mobilization, sports injury kinesiology and many more.
Holly is skilled in both her assessment and treatment of both chronic and acute injuries. She has experience with chronic postural injuries, scar tissue and adhesion breakdown, scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, migraine headaches, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injures and more.
She is skilled in functional muscle release and active release techniques. Working with athletes she is skilled in sports massage and treatment of post-injury rehabilitation.
Clloyd graduated form the Robertson College for Massage Therapy completing 2300 practice hours upon graduation. Clloyd practices Swedish massage, myofascial release, soft tissue release, manual and PNF stretching and joint mobilizations.
Clloyd has experience with frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, post rotator cuff injuries, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, chronic low back pain and sacroiliac pain.
Delaney graduated from The Massage Therapy Collage of Manitoba in the summer of 2016. Over the course of her 2 year training Delaney excelled in courses such as anatomy, assessment, sports injury, myofascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue release. In combination she completed over 2000 hours of practice.
Delaney has completed a course for cupping and is looking to extend her education with a IASTM course (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) once available.
Since graduation Delaney has had experience working in many environments ranging from the spa experience to working with athletes. She has treated chronic and acute conditions, headaches/migraines, whiplash, limited flexibility, over use conditions such as tendonitis, arthritis and your standard stiffness. With having the opportunities to work with such a diverse group of clientele and conditions she is able to adjust her treatments to best serve each client’s individual needs.
