Melissa graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2016. Completing over 2000 practice hours as well as courses such as anatomy, physiology, assessment, joint mobilization, sports injury, myofascial release, thermo-therapy, and more.
Since graduation Melissa has completed a course for cupping and is a level 2 reiki practitioner.
Melissa has experience with myofascial release techniques, scar tissue release, joint replacement pre and post operation, whiplash and neck and jaw injuries, scoliosis, hip dysplasia, carpal tunnel, tennis and golfers elbow, tendonitis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, vertebral disk herniation in acute and chronic stages, arthritis both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, degenerative disk disease and has experience treating clients from ages 6-85 and has experience working with women during pregnancy.
Melissa has experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression and trauma held in the physical body and practices an inclusive view of healing the physical, mental and spiritual body through touch therapy.
Melissa has experience in working in a chiropractors clinic before leaving to start her own practice working with athletes in a CrossFit gym. After two years of growing and expanding the business it is now a clinic with multiple therapists and many different skill sets.
Clloyd graduated form the Robertson College for Massage Therapy completing 2300 practice hours upon graduation. Clloyd practices Swedish massage, myofascial release, soft tissue release, manual and PNF stretching and joint mobilizations.
Clloyd has experience with frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, chronic low back pain and sacroiliac pain, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances, herniated discs, pre and post hip and knee replacements, chronic low back pain, TMJ and more.
Clloyd is skilled in assessment and treatment of acute and chronic issues. His massages techniques can range anywhere from relaxation to deep tissue/therapeutic massage and his attention to detail and knowledge of anatomy allows him to create a functional and effective treatment plan.
Delaney graduated from The Massage Therapy Collage of Manitoba in the summer of 2016. Over the course of her 2 year training Delaney excelled in courses such as anatomy, assessment, sports injury, myofascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue release. In combination she completed over 2000 hours of practice.
Delaney has completed a course for cupping and is looking to extend her education with a IASTM course (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) once available.
Since graduation Delaney has had experience working in many environments ranging from the spa experience to working with athletes. She has treated chronic and acute conditions, headaches/migraines, whiplash, limited flexibility, over use conditions such as tendonitis, arthritis and your standard stiffness. With having the opportunities to work with such a diverse group of clientele and conditions she is able to adjust her treatments to best serve each client’s individual needs.
